I think that John hurts doctor is the doctor before the first doctor because when your born you are not one years old and I think it’s the same with regenerations. I think that mabye timelords, when there born, age until their first regeneration and that this guy was the doctor during that time and mabye he did some really bad stuff then.
Oh and does anyone else think its funny that his names John hurt and the doctor uses the name John smith and that episode hurt a lot…oh just me ok
